Syntha — a release room for music after AI

Every origin. Full context. Direct support.

Syntha accepts human, AI-assisted, synthetic, transformed, and hybrid music while making the context visible — who made it, what tools touched it, who owns it, what gates cleared, and how listeners can support the artist behind it.

disclosure-first rights-verified direct artist support

Launch status

Syntha is public-unlaunched: the public shell is live, but upload, payout, and policy commitments stay gated by provider evidence and founder/legal review. Self-serve uploads open after the first reviewed catalog workflow is proven.

Origin terms (human, AI-assisted, synthetic, transformed, hybrid, SHADOW) are defined in the glossary.

Five accepted origins

The origin taxonomy is how Syntha makes AI disclosure real and readable. Every track carries one of five labels, each defined and reviewed before the track becomes publicly accessible.

human Human

Written and performed entirely by people, with no generative AI in the creative core. Traditional composition, recording, and production.

AI-assisted AI-assisted

Human-led work where AI tools contributed to specific parts — ideas, stems, mixing, or mastering — without replacing creative authorship.

synthetic Synthetic

Primarily generated by AI systems, disclosed and rights-checked before any release. Full model provenance and toolchain logged at submission.

transformed Transformed

An existing work reworked into a new version — remix, cover, or reinterpretation — with source rights documented and verified.

hybrid Hybrid

A blend of human and AI contribution across writing, vocals, or instrumentation where neither fully describes the creative process.

How the review process works

1
Apply

Artists submit identity, origin, rights posture, and catalog context for manual review.

2
Rights & disclosure review

Each upload is reviewed for master ownership, composition rights, AI toolchain disclosure, sample clearance, and voice-likeness consent.

3
Moderation

Content review confirms the track fits platform standards, takedown flags are clear, and the editorial posture is appropriate for the listed origin.

4
Trust score

A 0–100 trust score computed from rights, AI disclosure, moderation, streaming, download, and support gates gates each commercial action.

5
Public listing

Clean tracks become publicly accessible on the discover and search surfaces, with full provenance and a direct path for listener support.
